Are you going out of business?

NO! We love our job and our customers! We are changing the way we do business, we are NOT going out of business. You are still able to contact us at our regular phone number and we look forward to hearing from all of you!

Why mobile?

Many factors led to our decision to take our business 100% mobile, but the #1 reason: Customer Convenience! One of the biggest struggles we found over the last 10 years with scheduling appointments for local customers was drop offs. Between work, kids, sports, etc., life is busy! No more struggling to fit one more task in to your daily routine.

Post-COVID, we have also seen a large increase in full-time RVers. Making the transition to mobile repair just makes sense! Customers living in their RVs don't always have the time or resources to leave their Home at a repair shop for hours on end. This change eliminates that need altogether.

What services will you provide?

We will continue to provide the same services we always have with the exception of storage. As part of our progression toward mobile repair, we have sold our property in Sault Ste. Marie, MI.

I store my trailer with you--now what?

If you are a current storage customer, DON'T PANIC. As part of our property sale, the new owner has agreed to keep storage available for our existing customers. Storage payments due thru May 1, 2023 will be payable to Sault RV & Trailer Service. Future storage payments should be directed to the new property owner. If you are a current storage customer, you will receive a letter in the mail outlining the sale and payment amount due thru 5/1/23. This letter also contains the name and contact information of the new owner. He is a local small business owner just like us and many of you may already know him.

What area will you service?

We will continue servicing Sault Ste. Marie, MI and surrounding Upper Peninsula areas. Our mobile repair will cover a radius of approximately 60 miles.

What about parts?

We will still be partnered with many of the big RV manufacturers to include Dometic (Atwood), AirXcel (Suburban, Coleman Mach, etc.), Lippert and Carefree. Our ability to get the parts you need in a timely manner is not changing. Give us a call, we are happy to help!
